All right, time to let the games begin on the classic set!
Our first-ever contestants are: J.P. Mackey, Tiffany Moore, and Greg Chan! Wow! Two men and a woman to start the show!
Toss-Up 1: Thing
Vanna explains how Toss-Ups work. Letters randomly appear until someone rings in and solves the puzzle. A missolve equals a disqualification from the puzzle. And if no one solves the puzzle...no one gets the amount it's worth. So let's get this Toss-Up in time.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great start to the season thanks to J.P.!
ReplyDeleteToss-Ups: Good job to J.P. for getting two out of three.
Round 1: I hate it when you pick up something worth millions and then lose it right away to the bad black Bankrupt. Sorry about that, J.P.
Round 2: J.P. got lucky landing his second turn...and his second $3,500 landing! He may not have gotten the P's, but I understand. Great job, J.P.!
Round 3: I no-lettered this (solved it with no letters showing)! WOW! BTW, J.P. takes two C's on one wedge, then takes three H's on a bigger wedge. Smart move.
Round 4: I got it as soon as the L appeared.
Bonus Round: NO RSTLNE is RARE...but J.P's strategy helps him nail this puzzle for an expensive car. BTW, I just called J.P. and found out that he does not have a chihuahua or any other pet.
